I just wanted to write and say a heartfelt thank you to you for attending the service at Greenacres yesterday and helping us so much. I know that given the cremation had already taken place you technically didn't have to come along and I've no doubt other funeral homes may have said they would not attend, but it meant so much to us that you did. You have been nothing short of exceptional throughout this whole process and your warmth and calming presence has always made us feel so much better.  There was a real sense that with your guidance, everything would be in hand and would go smoothly. I must also say that we felt Dad was shown the utmost respect, the cremation was so sensitively handled and you treated us all with great kindness. I don't really know where to begin as I can not thank you enough for the care, kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness that you put into looking after my darling beloved husband on his final journey, but also for the same way in which you looked after me and the other members of his family.

As I said to you many times, the fact that you knew M was such a comfort to me, more than you will ever know, but equally I know that you will, and do give exactly the same level of service to every family who have the comparative good fortune to need to make use of the services you provide.
